As a person living with celiac disease for her entire life, all of Erin’s travels have been completely gluten-free. In 2011, from a hotel room in Prague, Czech Republic, Erin launched Gluten-Free Globetrotter®. This website encourages those with celiac disease to travel the world and not be scared about eating gluten-free away from home. This website also shares gluten-free travel tips, international celiac resources, itinerary planning assistance, and positive reinforcement to those who are gluten-free and want to travel the globe.

Gluten-Free Globetrotter coordinates gluten-free getaways.
In June 2012, Erin Smith coordinated a Gluten-Free Gourmet Weekend at Good Commons in Plymouth, Vermont. As part of this gourmet weekend, Erin worked with gluten-free vendors, chefs, a yoga instructor, a sommelier, and more to make this an unforgettable gluten-free getaway. She co-hosted 12 attendees from New York City at this three-day, gluten-free weekend. It was a wonderful experience for all.
Erin hopes to add more gluten-free group getaways to her itinerary in 2015. On the horizon, Costa Rica and Vermont!
Gluten-Free Globetrotter plans your personal Gluten-Free Getaway.
